Sip & Shop for a Cause: Stand Beside the Budrow Family

Event Details:
October 22 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Tipsy Canyon Winery

270 Upper Joe Creek Rd
Manson, WA 98831 United States

Join us for an evening of wine, live music, and shopping to support Twisp Police Chief Paul Budrow and his family.

Paul has spent his life showing up for others. In 2001, he was in New York City training law enforcement officers when the towers fell. He had no obligation to stay, but he did, spending six days at Ground Zero to protect people and property. He went on to serve as Okanogan County Sheriff and today leads the Twisp Police Department. He and his wife, Aimee, have twelve children, six of them adopted through foster care.

A year and a half ago, Paul was diagnosed with leukemia. Today he is battling two secondary cancers believed to be tied to his time at Ground Zero. Between treatment travel, lodging, meals, prescriptions, and a family vehicle in need of repairs, the costs keep adding up. Paul and Aimee would never ask for help, so we’re asking for them.
